Construction Staking

Surveys used during construction to set stakes (markers) that provide horizontal and vertical information on where to build structures such as buildings, curb, utility lines, signs, walls and any other important items to be constructed. The surveys are used to ensure that all structures and other items are built in the correct locations.

Building Height Certification Surveys

A survey performed near the end of the construction of a building in order to verify the height is under the height limit required by local ordinances.

As-Built Surveys

A survey performed after construction to certify that all improvement were built according to the approved plans.

Boundary & Topographic Surveys

Perform a field survey to establish boundary and property lines and show all
improvements including buildings, other permanent structures, utilities, curb,
sidewalk, concrete, driveways, trees, and any other items of importance.  

Monument Perpetuation Surveys

Surveys to locate survey monuments prior to construction and then replace the survey monuments after construction.

3D Aerial Mapping

EZR Surveying uses the DJI Phantom 4 Pro RTK Drone to collect aerial photographs to create 3D Maps using Pix4D and Autodesk Civil 3D.

Lot Line Adjustments/Lot Merger

The adjustment of lot lines/property lines and/or removing property lines between 4 or fewer lots.

Creating easement on properties for a specified use.
